Workflow Automation                   

 Creating Workflows 

1. Navigate to the Workflow section. 
2. Set up automated workflows based on:  
3. Always Triggered Workflows 
4. Conditional Workflows (e.g., for invoices greater than 5000 USD) 
5. Define Approval Levels (Single or Multiple). 
6. Configure Approvers, Actions on Approval/Rejection, and Notifications.  
7. Notifications can be sent via Email, SMS, or System Alerts.
