Key Responsibilities:  

1. Actively participate in training programs and on-the-job learning to understand company technologies, processes, and coding standards.
2. Assist in coding, debugging, and testing software applications following established coding guidelines and best practices.
3. Document code changes, development processes, and project-related information to maintain clear and organized records.
4. Collaborate with senior developers, team members, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to software development projects.
5. Identify and fix bugs in the software by analyzing code and debugging issues to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.
6. Learn to use version control tools like Git to manage and track changes to codebase collaboratively.
7. Assist in performing unit testing and participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
8. Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
   

Key Skills:

1. Programming Languages:  Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C++, or others relevant to the job role.
2. Problem-Solving:  Ability to analyze problems, break them down into smaller components, and apply logical thinking to develop effective solutions.
3. Coding:  Basic understanding of coding practices, coding standards, and the ability to write clean and efficient code.
4. Algorithm and Data Structures:  Familiarity with common algorithms and data structures to optimize code performance.
5. Version Control:  Familiarity with version control systems like Git for managing code changes and collaboration.
6. Basic Database Knowledge:  Understanding of database concepts and ability to write basic SQL queries.
7. Debugging and Testing:  Basic debugging skills to identify and fix issues, along with knowledge of unit testing principles.
8. Basic Web Development:  Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web application development.
9. Basic Networking Concepts:  Understanding of networking principles, protocols, and how applications communicate over networks.

Only freshers finishing their graduation/post-graduation in the  year 2023 / 2024  – should apply.

1. Round 1 - Test (Online MCQ based)
2. Round 2 - Group Discussion
3. Round 3 - Technical Interview
4. Round 4 - Final Interview with the Founding Team
5. Document Verification

Duration, Stipend & Compensation structure :

• This program starts with a paid 3-month internship where you will be working 40 hr/ week (Full Time) as an Intern. Internship stipend: INR 10,000 
• Upon successful completion of this 3 months program, the trainee will be absorbed on the payroll of the Ciranta IT with a CTC of INR 5,00,000 to 7,00,000 p.a.
