Integration

Connect Odoo to the systems you keep

E-commerce, banks, payment gateways, tax engines, e-invoicing portals, CAD and PLM tools, logistics carriers and custom applications, integrated with Odoo through APIs and middleware.

Overview

Odoo as the system of record, not another silo

Few companies replace everything at once. Odoo usually has to exchange data with a storefront, a bank, a payroll provider or an engineering tool that is staying in place.

Ciranta designs each integration around one question: which system owns which data. Integrations are built with retries, logging and alerts, so failures are visible and recoverable rather than silent.

FAQ

Common questions

Real time or batch?

Both are supported. Ciranta recommends real time only where the business needs it, because batch integrations are simpler to monitor and recover.

What happens when an integration fails?

Failed messages are logged and retried, and an alert is raised so someone can act before it affects customers.

Can you integrate with an older on premise system?

Yes, through its API, its database or scheduled file exchange, depending on what the system supports.
