Industrial services group: Odoo 16 to 19 re-implementation with multi-country payroll
Situation. A three company group running a customized Odoo 16 database, with projects set up in a way that lost native job costing and stock accounts that never cleared.
What Ciranta delivered. Positioned as a re-implementation rather than a lift and shift: projects restructured so jobs roll up cost natively, stock accounting redesigned for service based consumption, and payroll for Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados and Guyana on one platform.
Fabrication company, Jeddah: Odoo 18 to 19 upgrade with ZATCA Phase 2
Situation. A live manufacturing database that had to move to Odoo 19 while meeting the Saudi e-invoicing mandate.
What Ciranta delivered. Version upgrade with custom module migration and regression testing, together with ZATCA Phase 2 integration so invoices are cleared and reported to the Saudi tax authority.
Services company, Oklahoma: QuickBooks Online to Odoo 19 Enterprise
Situation. A services business running on QuickBooks Online, whose accounting had to stay aligned with QuickBooks through the transition.
What Ciranta delivered. Odoo 19 Enterprise on Odoo.sh under a formal SDLC. Invoices are created in Odoo and synced to QuickBooks, reporting runs on a cash basis to match QuickBooks, and state sales tax is configured from a client maintained register.
Manufacturer, two entities: Multi-company Odoo across two countries
Situation. Two related entities in two countries that needed to run on one Odoo database while keeping separate books.
What Ciranta delivered. Multi-company Odoo configuration covering both legal entities and both countries on a single database.
Bedding manufacturer: Seven module Odoo implementation
Situation. A manufacturer implementing Odoo on a fixed timeline and a fixed budget.
What Ciranta delivered. Fixed price implementation of seven Odoo modules, from business requirements through UAT and go live.
Snack food manufacturer: Custom MRP cost sharing on Odoo 18, path to 19
Situation. A manufacturer needing production costs shared across products in a way standard Odoo costing does not support.
What Ciranta delivered. A custom MRP cost share module built to Odoo standards on Odoo 18, designed to carry forward cleanly to Odoo 19.
